Why we build our own products
Most software agencies don't build products. We do — deliberately. Operating our own AI products keeps us close to the problems that matter: reliability, cost at scale, user behaviour, and the gap between what AI demos suggest and what production systems require.
Every product in the AI Ceylon ecosystem started as a problem we encountered while building for clients. We built the tool because nothing else solved it well enough.
